Portlokal is a roadside stall directory operated by runweb.my. This page explains how public submissions are handled. It is not legal advice.

Privacy

Listing requests, stall claims, stall reports and site feedback may include a name, WhatsApp number, relationship to the stall, stall details, location pin, an optional photo, or a short message. Owner contact details stay private unless an admin publishes a separate public WhatsApp field with permission.
We use this information to review listings, contact you about a submission and keep the directory accurate. Admins can see private request photos and contact details.
Your device location is requested only if you tap the location button. Approximate location may be hashed with other request data to limit spam. Navigation-button taps may be counted so we know which stalls people open in Waze or Google Maps.
Hosting, database, spam checks (when CAPTCHA is enabled) and map tiles are provided by third-party services. Map data includes OpenStreetMap.
Rejected or replaced submissions may be kept for moderation records. To correct or delete personal data you sent us, use Reports in the footer or contact runweb.my.

Listings are community- or owner-submitted. Hours, location and “open now” status come from the published schedule, not a live check that a stall is trading.
You confirm you have the right to submit the details and photos you send, and that they are as accurate as you can make them.
We may edit, hide or refuse any listing, claim, report or feedback. Using Portlokal is free and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Directions open third-party apps. Follow the road and those apps’ terms; Portlokal is not responsible for travel or food purchased at a stall.
